Doctorate at the Faculty of the Theology of the University of Bern

The Faculty of Theology at the University of Bern offers programmes leading to a PhD in Theology or a PhD in Religious Studies.

A doctorate can be pursued in a Doctoral Programme (with coursework) or as an individual doctorate.

The Faculties of Theology of the Universities of Basel, Bern, and Zurich offer a joint interdisciplinary Doctoral Programme.
